i am somewhat happy with the outcome of the earring i had made up, i wasn't referred by anyone but because of the good reviews i decided to go with Pilkingtons. When i first went up there i spoke to a staff named who was very helpful and cheerful. I wasnt given a date to when it would be finished as i was in no rush. I rang the store about 3 weeks later and was greeted by who i now believe to be a management staff who was very rude and hung up on me. After that i felt like i was a very ungrateful customer. I believe customer service is very important and for a business that has been around for i while i would have expected better. I wouldnt recommend Pilkingtons to anyone.

I am very happy with my ring from Pilkingtons and it always gets comments. It's important to me that I bought conflict-free diamonds and that is all that Pilkingtons sell. Prices are very reasonable and they have good specials.

Lynne was incredibly helpful. Her knowledge was expansive and she didn't bother beating around the bush with regards to the differences between diamonds. She was realistic about our budget and open to listen to ideas as well as provide advice. It's very reassuring to know the diamonds are ethical as well. Would recommend this jeweller to everyone. Amazed by the experience.

I was introduced to these guys through a friend who had their wedding rings made by them. Old school customer service is what you get here and craftsman made jewelery (you can see things being made). Their prices also seem to be cheaper than big chain places and shopping here is much less stressful. They also have a cute poodle in the shop!
