Save your money, order from someone who cares. This company is unprofessional and doesn’t care about you, the customer.
Took them two full business days to ship my order after payment was received. “Express shipping” still hasn’t arrived after four full business days and six days total. I live in a major Australian city. Ordered from three other companies on the same day as Pimp My Eyes, all of which were based in Victoria, and all three of the items arrived either next day or within two business days.
Customer service responded to my email by telling me it was my fault that they didn’t ship the contacts sooner and it’s not their problem that my package hasn’t arrived in time for the event they were needed for.
The lenses were delivered on time and in proper condition. I am really impressed as the website kept to its promise. I hope that you as a customer get good service too. I ordered the lenses in a total state of emergency and I am glad that it arrived timely.

Company is very unhelpful - I ordered two lipsticks that cost total of $66.
The items were not delivered and when speaking to customer service they said you are taking your own risk by ordering online and they is nothing they will do.
They said they cannot help and there is no refund.
Do not waste your time and money with this company.
Hello can you tell us which lipsticks you have ordered and when you placed this order and where you from..If their is any mistake from our end we will try to resolve it and we hope that this would never happen again.
