I ordered a couch which I saw in the August home flyer as it seemed like the right size for the room I need to decorate. I paid a down payment on the 23rd of August and at that time I was told that there would be a 4 - 6 week wait. As I had been to other furniture places and made the same enquiry this did not seem unreasonable. After four weeks had passed I called to follow up on the eta of this couch.
