Below average is right.
I only went in there for a few beers with friends; there are two bars, one in the main atrium and the other in the gambling area. It was not a busy night, there were three bar staff (visible) between the two bars, and we had to switch bars each time to get service. The staff were either simply not standing behind the bar (nor in the pokie room, nor collecting glasses, so lord knows where they were), or they were staring at their phones (long enough to make me simply give up and try the other bar), or standing with their backs turned at the register for an extended period.
I have never seen such three poor bar staff, I am 30, I have seen a few bartenders & barmaids in my time, but these three may very well have won the gold, silver and bronze of appalling service. They were so bad, it was actually amusing, I was wondering if I was on a hidden camera tv show.
They enjoyed their steaks, that is the second star.
