I'm writing this specifically as a long-term renter, not as a site owner. Overall my experiences are average, certainly not the best, neither the worst. These are solely based on my viewpoints, and not totally representative of everyone else - Although quite a few tenants (esp long term site owners) would wholeheartedly agree.
The only true positives are the cheap rental prices, and being central to local amenities and services. Over the years it was plagued by corrupt, self-serving management and a totally indifferent and greedy attitude by the current investment owner.
