We have boarded our dog Frank at the Pines pet resort twice now and would never go anywhere else! The girls are amazing, friendly, loving and know every pet and owner by name. They put Frank with a little buddy to play with for the time we were away and when I called to check up and they made me feel so happy to have left frank in their care. Frank comes home bathed, nails clipped, hair trimmed, tail wagging and very well fed. I would definitely recommend this pet resort to anyone who has much loved pets as they receive great care every time. If there were more stars i would give them!
The best by far of any kennel we have tried. Very clean, caring staff, dogs exercised twice a day (for no extra cost) and ours also received a bath (no extra cost!) Would highly recommend. Staff also asked if we would like to see accommodation. Other kennels have always made excuses why we could not inspect. That is not reassuring! Halfway between Bris and Sunshine Coast and easy to find off highway. Five stars!
