Andrew has supplied our business with meat packs for over 5 years now and is extremely accommodating and we have always been very happy with the quality of his produce. His knowledge also extends to advice on cooking tips and if he doesn't have what you want he will get it in all you have to do is ask.
Was told the sausages from here where great, tried them out and they where good a month later tried them again this time brought 10kg to cryovac and freeze. Well the recipe had changed lots of meal and heaps of salt used. So it's back to other butchers for me, pay a little more but their is a reason they win all the awards! Sorry pinjarra but if you kept the quality up I would have stayed.
