Fantastic little shop with so much to offer. When I discovered this shop two years ago I was beside myself looking for accessories for an outfit to go to a wedding I had purchased. The staff were so helpful and continued to help me until we found what I had been looking for. I have revisited many times since as they offer not only evening gowns and cocktail dresses but also casual clothes, designer handbags, shoes ect. Absolutely value for money.
Pink champagne - you have a wonderful choice of gowns and accessories at reasonable prices.
However be aware that while the Sales staff will take note of the School Ball, the date of the Ball, the Ball gown name and colour - "to ensure no one else has the same Ball gown at your Ball", they did not tell us that they will sell the same Ball gown in another colour to someone at the same Ball as that is not the same gown.
I guess I was naive, this is the first Ball gown I have purchased. I had my daughter and sister there when we paid the deposit and details were taken, they ...read more
This is possibly the most horrid small business ever. DO NOT SHOP OR SELL ANYTHING HERE. My dress alterer suggested I sell my formal/ball gown through this store. The fee was 50% of the sale price, which I agreed upon as I needed a quick sale. The store never called me once to say they had received my dress or even sold it for that matter. When I called and they casually informed me that it had sold they explained that they DON'T call their customers to advise when items sell. After giving my details, they promised to transfer the funds into my account the next day. It's been a week later and no money. Oh, and it's been 4 months since I gave my dress. Best to stick to Ebay girls...
oh yes my sister is in the same boat.the management will not advise you when item is sold they even told my sister they GAVE her dress away!!!!
