If I could do ZERO stars I would. I have been waiting since July for a refund. All the party goods I ordered were out of stock but only found out a few days before after several phone calls chasing my order. Worst company I have ever dealt with wish I read the reviews first never ever would of order from them.
This company should be SHUT DOWN! Firstly, my order arrived a month too late (I ordered 8 weeks before my event!), my calls and emails were left unanswered, when I finally did receive a call, I was given different excuses as to why my order didn't arrive on time without apology or even a hint of empathy in Stephanie's voice. Then it finally arrives (sadly it is now useless) and it wasn't even assembled. Again, something that isn't mentioned on the product page. The customer service was non existent and appalling. I have experience better service in a third world country. Don't waste your time or money. I wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering. It's incredibly disappointing. Thankfully I work for Channel 9 and will be getting this story (and all the other customer reviews) out there for others to see!
Hi just checking how you went with ch 9?
I have reported to fb where this company advertises as well as consumer affairs in VIC. I among others have been charged for goods we did not receive our items. Some people have waited months, demanded refunds and got NOTHING back. I’ll be calling ACCC and Fyshwick police tomorrow. This has been going on since 2013. It needs to stop.
