Ordered and paid for flowers 3 weeks before my 44th wedding anniversary as I had to be overseas on that date. Phoned my wife at 2pm to find no flowers delivered. She phoned Pink Petals and was told there were no deliveries for that day. My wife went to get refund and card I had written and card was lost. Management had no interest in finding card and ordered my wife out of shop then called security. No apology. Do not shop with this bad florist if its important to get flowers delivered as promised!
