You can customise our service to meet your needs and budget. You decide the frequency, duration and time of any service. You can choose from as little as two-three hours a week to help you with your weekly home cleaning or just the ironing or to a full housekeeping service.
Our services include all household chores such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning, tidying, making beds, cleaning the kitchen, laundry and ironing. We can change the bed linen, clean the fridge, the oven, keep the pantry tidy - whatever it takes to help you get some time back.
You can select a regular weekly, fortnightly or even a daily service or you can arrange a once only cleaning service for spring cleans or times such as end of lease cleans when you are moving.
You'll love coming home to find your house clean, neat and tidy, even your washing and ironing done!

We are a 5 person office in East Melbourne. We use Pinkmop.com once a week for two hours and have done so for almost a year now.
We're very happy with the service we provide. From the manager coming out to assess our needs; to the cleaners we have used. We have a regular cleaner, and when she went home for holidays around Christmas, they had an alternative cleaner ready for us. Smooth transistion and no additional work for me to make it happen.
The actual cleaners are not only good at their job, they are punctual and really nice people. We frequently chat and joke with our cleaner. She now picks up office supplies like garbage bags and milk on her way to the office as we need them. It is great to be able to outsource something so necessary and know it will be done correctly.
I have been very satisfied with the Pinkmop service, not only with the cost of service, but also the standard. The Pinkmop cleaner assigned to me is always on time and meticulous. Each time I write a list of things Id like to have my cleaner do, she always leaves my place with everything completed, checked off, and super clean.
