If you want someone to communicate with you about your function - dont hold your breath. I first spoke to Jenny about organising a function so that was ok. Then I received a few emails from others within the company to complete forms and return to them. Wanted to find out a few details before submitting forms. Five phone calls later and a few emails with no response . Then Monday morning I rang at 9am and finally got hold of Jenny. She said I was the first on my list to call today however yet again I was chasing this women. Two weeks later I wanted to check that everything was ok as I was becoming nervous about the lack of communication or follow up and left a few more messages and finally got onto Nick who was very apologetic about what had been happening. I have had a few functions with Pinnacle over the past few years. From 21st Birthdays to corporate lunches they have always communicated wonderfully, provided great food, flexible service and stunning service. Always impressive.

Really disappointing, got charged twice & had to seek a refund, used them for our joint 50th birthday, they outsourced the chef & staff, some sauces did not get supplied so used different ones (sweet chili from a jar), did not cook half the food and served barely any of the vegetarian options, porvided the world's most sour waiter (became a running joke at the party), took several days to pick up their stuff afterwards. I sent an email afterwards saying I was really disappointed, got NO response. Use someone else.
