Really disappointing service! It came highly recommended and unfortunately our experience ruined the birthday celebrations. We had 7 guests & waited over 1hour for starters to arrive. When I enquired as to their whereabouts the wait staff cannot give us any answer! They eventually arrived and then we waited another 1 hour & 10 mins for mains. I enquired and but the staff was so rude. Appalling customer service. When the mains finally arrived some steaks were stone cold and when I told the wait staff they didn't even respond or ask if we wanted it changed. we cancelled the birthday cake due to their bad service and the whole night was ruined by very rude staff. The management argued with me that it was not a long time to wait! Several tables around us had got through their starters & mains before we even got our starters! very disappointing service definately will not be returning! Dont risk it!!!

We ate here again with another large and rowdy group and the food and service was still fabulous! There were 18 of us and all our meals came out almost simultaneously, which is not easy with such a large group. Everyone enjoyed their meal.



The only negative I could say was they have an outside area with tables where patrons are able to smoke, but unfortunately the smoke blew straight back in to the restaurant through the large open bi-fold windows. Other than that, everything was great!
