We have used Pinpoint Plumbing Services a few times with issues with our sewage pipe. They’ve arrived on time, completed the job well and had competitive prices. We have used other plumbers who have charged a fortune and not even completed the job. We will continue to use Pinpoint Plumbing Services and would recommend them.
VERY BAD PLUMBER. Not only did they arrive 45mins late, they charged us $530 to replace our shower taps with cheap material (which I regret asking for), they did not stop our water leak and had to come back a second time to be told they can't stop the leak without stripping out the bathroom, and the sink mixer and tap that they replaced is not even securely fitted which means we have to re-tighten it ourselves. POOR Quality, poor service and poor result.
Zero rating. Terrible lazy service, VERY RUDE staff and a management staff? They call themselves a 24 hour business, I had to beg for them come over at 1am in the morning for a burst hot water system, they put me on video phone while they were trying to get me to turn off the tap, which was stuck, otherwise I would have done it myself then they tried to get me to turn off the main for all the apartments, til the morning.
Since this H.W.S. had been installed, I turn on taps and the water sputters out.
Called for a service call, which didn't solve the problem, they hung up on me.
Plenty of other 24 hours plumbers out there. DO NOT USE them!!!
