I booked this company 3 weeks ago to come out and do an inspection. They told me a time and then changed it without telling me. Then said they would be there an hour later did not come. I cancelled the job and there was no apology from them for their bad behaviour. This company is unreliable don't book them
I had a missed call from this company at 7:00pm tonight and after talking to the owner he told me I was vindictive person for posting a bad review about this company and he would post a bad review about me on the internet. He said I was the only one who had posted a bad review and when I informed him I was not the only one, he informed me that the other person who posted a bad review had slept in and it was all his fault. I still have not received an apology. Sometimes you have to take responsibility for your mistakes.

There are quiet a few "remarks" you have failed to add to this review as I guess it would make you look a little less innocent. There was an apology in regards to the lateness of our qualified technician. Once the apology was given you felt the need to abuse a senior staff member in our office. I need to remind you that the conversation was on loud speaker in our office and was heard by several other staff members and are happy to inform the public of the nasty vindictive attitude you had.

Wasn't pleased with the service. The spray alternated between leaving swathes of untreated floor and sizable puddles throughout the house. Refused to spray underneath chairs which were easily accessible - far more so than spraying under a bed (which thankfully they did). All in all, they did the entire house in about five minutes
When asked how long the treatment works for, the response was "dunno... our other sprays last 6 months so I guess this one's the same." It wasn't reassuring.
It is now over six hours after the spray and there are still puddles across the floor, when we were told it would be at most three hours.
I am hoping the results at least pan out, but the unprofessional attitude and lack of care taken during the spraying doesn't fill me with confidence. Pioneer were certainly one of the cheaper options we found, so I guess it is a case of getting what you pay for.
The technician who did this job understands why this review was posted. The householder was asleep when he called at the nominated time. The house was filthy and the technician asked the customer if they would clean the floor so the chemical could be applied. The customer complained from start to finish. The job took 45 minutes (we have trackers on the vehicle that tell the stop and start time so we can allocate new incoming jobs). From start to stop was 45 minutes. A flea spray that takes 5 minutes as quoted by the customer is just not true, an impossibility. It takes that long to prepare the chemical. This person never even rang our office when he was angry because our technician asked him to clean the floor.
