Pipe Dreams

I have only recently attended Pipe Dreams in search of a reasonably difficult record album to obtain, The Hot Spot soundtrack by John Lee Hooker and Miles Davis. They didn't have that particular double album in stock, but assured me that they could do so. After only a week , the staff there contacted me, advising that the album was in stock and that they only awaited my collection of it. I called there in person, the following day and collected this album, which I had been chasing for some years. It was perfectly wrapped and in pristine condition, whilst many other record retailers weren't prepared to have assisted me due to the album's expense. Nice work you guys, thank you so much for your professionalism and assistance. They also sell the best range of printed music t-shirts and untold music paraphenalia (is that correct ? Wow! Wow!! Wow !!! Discovered this little gem by accident. Would recommend a visit for sure as they have some really authentic merchandise and are extremely helpful. Anything from figurines to boardgames can be found along with rows of clothing too

Oi this place has not only everything you want behind the counter... but I could spend days just looking at their extensive collection of rare star wars, LOTR, GoT, EVERYTHING! s1c models, s1c place. just hope they get their band logo clothing into store sometime soon... I want a new Tool - button-up collared black XL shirt plz :)

Awesome shop , GREAT customer service , huge range of goodies , well worth checking out

Worst customer service ever. I will never spend another cent in this store again I was spoken to in a condescending manner and made fun of, when I objected to this treatment of a customer I was berated by both the management. All this after spending $300 plus on Christmas gifts. I understand it is a stressful time of year but that is no excuse for treating customers with disrespect.

Never shopping there again!
