Used to love this shop and used it many time for prints, frames and our other photo/video needs. We want to support our local shops and family owned businesses, it is therefore such a shame I had such a horrible experience recently when collecting an order, I will not use them again, nor can I recommend them. I know and appreciate COVID has been tough, on us all, my business included and so have thought it even more important to support the small guys.
So was very disappointed when on collecting was first charged the wrong amount - this was corrected when I expressed shock, only then to be told that the vouchers that were attached could not be used ($17.59 worth) as the price I was charged was "heavily discounted from a promotional month" - that I was getting 40% off. Baby passport photos this is the only place to go!!!! They were fabulous they knew all the specifications for multiple passports ( Australia, UK, Ireland and SA ) plus where very patient took us a long time to get the correct pose! Excellent service. Don't bother with the post office or pharmacies, these guys are the professionals! THANK YOU

The customer is always right - mostly, but not always! These guys, Alex, Vicky & Leigh are seasoned professionals in the photographic industry and KNOW what they are talking about. I have never received anything less than top professional and courteous service. Many of their customers have been coming for years, some 20 years; even after they have left the district. Don't believe the nonsense in some of these comments.
