I ordered flowers for my Aunts funeral at St. Peters to be delivered at 11.30am on Friday 7th July.
They were delivered at 11am whilst the 10am mass was still going so the delivery person decided to leave the flowers in the "Canteen" next door. The flowers were never taken into the funeral and my cousin and grieving relations never got to see my tribute. The flowers have disappeared.I live interstate and I never knew what happened until a week later when I asked my cousin what she thought of the flowers and she said she never received any. The lady on the phone at Pixie Dell told me where they had left the flowers and I said I wanted a refund as they were NOT delivered at 11.30 to the funeral service. I was denied a refund. I do not know what the "canteen" is as I have not been to the church and do not know the area. I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with this service.
I was very impressed with this florist. I went in to buy a pink teddy bear for my new granddaughter. The lady behind the counter was extremely helpful. I bought a teddy without the box ribbons etc because it was more economical. The lady then offered to put it in a box with cellophane etc. she made it look lovely and didn't charge any extra for the service. I would definitely go there again. It's wonderful when the shop goes the extra mile.
