Pizza Capers
I was disgusted by the behaviour of the Kenmore staff when I ordered pizza there recently. I had ordered 2 pizzas, each half and half, which came to a total of $32. The staff informed us one of the pizzas was burned and that the one remaining pizza would cost $26. We asked how half of $32 costs $26 to which the staff, incredibly, responded "OK, $20 straight, then". The most insulting part is that their prices are written so nice and clearly on their web site & the menu in the shop! Next time I'll go to Caplina, Tomato Brothers, Two Sisters, Vespa, or anywhere. In fact I'm considering reporting this store to the ACCC. Beware. Unless the idea of having to haggle for your dinner that was at a fixed price anyway appeals to you.
The pizza itself is okay, but we really do have so much better on offer in Brisbane.
