Went to this place one and that was it. Their minimum eftpos was $20 and we did have cash which we needed for something else and the staff member at the counter was not happy to change our order. They sounded rude aggressive. When we got the pasta we ordered the box wasn't even half full and did not look appetizing. They gave us crappy pasta only cos we didn't pay cash. We asked why it is less than half full and they said that is the normal portion. We were disgusted with the service. I suggest do not go here if you are looking for good service and good food!
Just recently ordered pizza from this place. I must say once it arrived (after a hour), it was rubbish. Order was not right & looked like they were dropped whilst in the car, they were also stone cold. I'd strongly recommend that you avoid this place at all cost!!! Not happy.
Ordered Pizza from Pizza Connection as we had friends over. It was home delivered but was very overcooked and burnt around the crust. The unrecognizable toppings were coated in rubbery hard cheese and the Pizza was extreamly dry. I had no choice but to ring and let them know. They said they were having trouble with the oven so would send more Pizza out. Two more Pizza's arrived and to our shock they were just as bad.
When I rang back the management response was 'well what do you want raw Pizza' Worst Pizza we have ever had...disgusting. The management said he would send the driver to give me my money back the original order was at 6.30pm and the driver was a no show..surprise...surprise.
