Pizza Hut Australia - Head Office

This company sent my $70 dollar order to the WRONG address. It's online app is NOT intuitive enough to flag you to confirm your location details like the KFC app is. My entire order was sent to another location that refused the order and sent it BACK to the store. I have lodged complaints that were ignored repeatedly. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They are unethical and would rather STEAL your money rather than keep a happy, returning customer. They don't care about their customers... AT ALL.

Unfortunately after several attempts to redeem a replacement voucher after the first one did not process I have been ignored and told customer service is investigating I have been in contact several times to no avail. Expect to hear from Fair Trading NSW . Very poor customer service on your 50 yrs anniversary

I think it's pathetic that not only have you ripped me off 4 times now but when I put in a complaint it is ignored. I was happy to let it go the first 3 times but I paid extra the 4th time & did not get what I paid for. Goes to show what sort of a company you are.

I had 3 pizzas delivered, 2 were wrong. I called and I was told they’d remake them and send them out, well they only remade 1 which was my sons and it arrived 35 minutes after the first ones were received, mine was missing sauce so they thought they could replace my sons but bring the sauce with them to put on my already cold and soggy pizza! I called again and was hung up on. I sent email and messages and finally got a response 3 weeks later for an instore credit. I explained to them that I am unable to go instore due to my disability and I am being ignored at every angle! They have blocked me on Facebook so I can no longer contact them so I’m taking it further.

I was going to place an order online delivery but it said purchase not available so I didn’t worry about it and got something else. I looked back on my bank account and Pizza Hut took the money out of my bank account yet I never recieved this order. I called up the store and told them what happened and they said your order never came through to our store call up head office and they’ll give you your money back. I tried calling and it wouldn’t take me to head office. I’m extremely annoyed and I’m still wondering where my money went and if I’ll get it back.
