Worst service I've ever seen. On at least two occasions I have ordered pizzas and they've been late. The first time was only half an hour and the second time is right now and is already an hour late. Want my advice? Order Domino's the last time they were late delivering my order they also gave me a free pizza.
The managment of the store was bossy, unhelpful and incompetent due to lacking knowledge of new product offered. Made mistakes in my orders two times, didn't apologise, didn't want to listen to my explanation and asked me to leave the store because didn't want to admit to their mistakes and blamed me for the miscommunication.
Disgrace. Customer service? Never going back to Pizza Hut. I don't think I'm the only one who had such horrible experience with them because of their attitude problems. Unfortunately, it affected the image of Pizza Hut therefore their profit and intangible benefit.
