Never had a worse take out experience than pizza hut. The past 3 orders, they have not been able to get anything right.
Main issue is their app. From trying to place an order for 20mins, to orders not going through even though I've received confirmation, and the best one - my confirmation reflecting my order but the store receiving something completely different.
Will never return. Definitely switching to another pizza place.
I used these regularly when I lived in Kogarah. I thought the pizzas were better than Dominos and were good value if you could find a voucher code to use.
The staff were always very friendly. Once I ordered a pizza online about 5 mins before they closed and didn't get to the store until 20 mins later. I expected them to be closed, but they had waited for me and still served me with a smile.
This store will do anything for a doller. We are Domino's customers ,decided to try pizza hut at kogarah, requested we use our 3 X L PIZZA for $18 voucher, management replied yes that would be fine. Get to the store and they proceed to point out the fine detail that the store does not accept any vouchers under the amount of $7.95.Unfortunatly I was to tired to organise something else so i payed the $33 . We will NEVER purchase from pizza hut again, YOU DO NOT LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS
