Absolutely useless. Payed $16 for a "pulled pork meat lovers pizza" only to not receive any pulled pork. Essentially payed $16 for a disgustingly thrown together pile of stale meat with burnt crust. Was told there's nothing they could do because by we've already had a bite. APALLED AND YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED
After a family discussion as to which treat we would like for dinner, we decided on Pizza Hut, Strathpine. We looked at the menu in store and decided on a meal deal. Unfortunately we could not order that particular one in the store because it had to be delivered. We found another deal that was going to cost about $10 more to "pick up". This seemed very odd, so we decided to play their game and asked them to deliver the meal to our car. After discussions with the manager, she said that we could order the pizza in store and get it delivered to our home; even though we were standing at the counter and could save them money on petrol. Honestly... what has happened to customer service? Oh well your loss, I guess, because we walked out and WE WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. However, we did get our pizza, it cost a little more, but the service was fabulous and the pizza tasted better than yours.
