Pizza Inn Long Jetty

I don't’ normally write reviews but I felt this one was deserving. I ordered some pasta, pizza, potato bake, and the rib pack. Food arrived and noticed the rib pack was missing. Called them up and they acknowledged they forgot to send it out. Told me they will send it out straight away. All ok at this point as I understand mistakes happen. Another hour and half passes, call them up again, they tell me it will be leaving the shop soon. I requested to cancel the rib pack and asked for a refund. They then told me I would have to request the refund myself through menu log (I checked with menu log and the restaurant can request on your behalf). Quick summary of events: Order: 6:00 PM Arrived: 7:30PM (without ribs) Query on Order 7:35PM (will send ribs out immediately) Call to Check on Ribs: 8:50 (not left store yet) – Requested refund Dealing with Menu Log for credit 8:55PM – 9:20PM Now I understand mistakes happen but to have two mistakes in a row on the same ...read more

Ordered delivery, we were told it would be 40 minutes. An hour later we call the store and we're told it would be there in 5 minutes, another 15 later recontact the store (running late for work), they answered listened to me and then placed down the phone without reaponse?
Boy delivers the pizza 1hr20minutes no apology, nothing!

Purchased pizza tonight totally dissatisfied colour was brown and even had burnt taste to it. First time ordered in long time not sure whether to order again very unhappy
