Ordered pizza online at 6.15 was sent an email to say 6.40 pick up time. Arrived at 6.35, paid. Told the pizza would be ready in 10minutes. After 20 minutes I enquired and was told another 10 minutes. After 15 minutes I asked again and was told, 5 minutes, it's just coming out now only to wait another 10minutes. I don't mind waiting in line but I sat and watched people come and order and walk out with their pizza while I SAT there and my family waiting in the car. Seems unorganised and unprofessional. Over an hour for pizza is ridiculous enough, but to watch people come and go is just plain rude. As a first time customer we will not be returning again. Poor effort (if any effort went in at all)
Pizza Villa Rocks!! The biggest tastiest toppings you are likely to ever eat. The bases taste awesome and you will never want to leave crust. I've never had to wait long, most times I call, drive down and it's ready. Top stuff guys, if I could I would post one of your pizzas to Italy to show them how it should be done. Your our favorite!
Lovely pizza. Lots of toppings. Thick bases. Some very yummy and interesting designs. But if they are busy it may take a while for your pizza to be made but if they say 45 minutes, thats when you will get it. A few staff members do like to only pay attention to themselves rather then the customer which is a let down.
