Pizzoni broke items of ours and did not fix or replace them. I called them repeatedly over 8 months, they did not care at all and did not even return any of my phone calls. Dodgy operations, and lousy, pathetic customer care.
Hi Scott, I am terribly sorry that you have posted a bad review about us. We did answer your calls, and eventually after not being able to help you with the small problem of your TV stand, we did advise you of this. Our insurance covers roll over, theft & fire. This is standard with all removalists. Whist we take extra care to not damage anything in any move that we do, unfortunately accidents do occur. If this post helps you in gaining a claim with your personal insurance, or if you require further information regarding a claim with your insurance provider, please do not hesitate in calling.
In future, you may want to look into full cover insurance, which covers for any damage that might occur during loading/unloading or general transit. Another suggestion to think about is to supply or purchase appropriate protective packaging for your items when they are moved. Often it is a good idea to keep the original boxes that fragile items are originally purchased in.
