when George Zukowski turned
his talents from solid plastering
to pool plastering and pool
construction. Bringing his young
son Peter to work with him every
weekend, it was only natural that
Peter joined his father in the
business full time by the age of
seventeen. Ten years later with

coursing through his veins, Peter
took over the daily running of the
company.

Not giving 1 star because they have given zero concerns about their poor quality. 4 years later, we have had to totally gut the pool due to delamination. It is appalling how very little respobility they take for their inferior products. Have heard from so many unhappy customers. Avoid at all costs. They are pleasant until they have your money.

Omg I can see this cute company has not changed we had our pool installed by them about 4 years ago and had nothing but trouble, would not respond to phone calls and were very rude. Zero customer service. They even fitted our filter and 'forgot' to put the sand in it !!! Do not use this company avoid at all cost. Once you sign there is no communication. Installing our pool should have been an exciting time, instead PJ pools made it a nightmare. The only way we could get a response from them was by going through SPASA.
Good staff poor management. No customer service, no follow up or keeping me informed. At every step would not commit to when the next step would commence. Left you to sort out problems on fencing yet they are the experts. Delivered late. Always excuses. Stuffed a glass window and them delayed rectification. Would not recommend. Pay extra and engage some else.
Poor product, poor customer service. I had a pool installed in Queensland using Q Quartz interior supplied by PJ Pools. Product did not perform as expected - chunks coming off, major calcium leakage causing nodules. They refused to acknowledge concerns, blaming problem on chemical imbalance, despite having installed automatic chlorinator and acid feeder to maintain chemistry and meticulous maintenance. Ignored multiple emails and phone calls. I have been treated like dirt. Avoid at all costs!!!
