Firstly, I would like to thank you for taking the time out of your Busy day to write this Review.
Sorry for the late reply, as we are a Small Family Business & we don’t have people who monitor our online Reviews straight away.
I was very Disappointed to read of your Experience during our visit, I do Apologize if you feel like we have ripped you off but we feel that we are Reasonably Priced in the market.
I have spoken to the Tech who attended the Call-out & Also checked his phone & GPS Logs for that day.
This is the information we got from the Phone & GPS Logs
-Tech Called you @ 10.21am when he was on his way, left a Voicemail because the call was not answered
-You returned his call @ 10.27am & he advised you that he was 5-10 mins away.
-Tech Arrived @ 10.35am
-You Showed him around & advised him on checking 2 units which were not cooling.

Part 2
-Tech made a call to Daikin @11.13am to give you a Quote on replacing the outdoor PC Board on your unit (That Call duration was 14mins)
-Then he wrote 2 quotes & 1 invoice for that day for your Air-con.
-Tech discussed the Quotes with you & the invoice for that day.
-You paid the invoice & the Tech Emailed the Paid invoice & the 2 Quotes @12.01pm which you checked that you have received while the tech was there.
-Tech Called the next Client @12.07pm when he was on his way.
Total Time on site -86mins (1hour 26Mins)
But you were only charged for 50 mins.
Call-out $99 (included 20mins labour)
Extra 30 mins labour -$55
Total $154 for 50mins.
Now with regards to the Quotes
1st Quote was to find the gas leak, Repair & then re-gas.

Part 3
Now may be our tech miss informed you but we do look for leaks in the system if it is low on gas with a Electronic Leak Detector, but in a system like yours where there is no gas at all, the system is running on Vacuum & sucking all the moisture in to the system. The best way is to put Nitrogen gas & Pressure test the system.
Now yes we don’t Carry Nitrogen bottle in our van Because it does cost us money daily, we are a small Business & we cannot afford to pay rent on a bottle that may be used some day.
2nd Quote was to replace the Outdoor PC board.
Yes, we gave you a quote to replace the PC Board & yes we cannot give you a Guarantee that will be the only Problem, because your Daikin unit had no Faults on the remote, so it is very difficult to diagnose what could be exactly wrong with it whether it be 1 part or 2.

Part 4
With Regards to the Call-out on the gas leak repair Quote, our tech did mention to you that NO CALL-OUT will be charged if we do both jobs at the same time.
Also, we are very Glad that you gave us top marks for our 5-year-old eftpos machine.
We would be more than happy to have a chat with you again, also I have advised the tech to give more information to the clients so this does not happen again, we are Sorry we could not help you …
