I had a workers compensation claim which was followed up by a TPD claim on my superfund. My solicitor handled my claim very well and they were also able to handle my TPD claim which was a new thing to me. Both my solicitors were genuine and did what they said. Working as a labourer i know a few mates who have had claims with other Sydney compensation firms and i know for a fact PK are one of the most effective. Definately worth visiting if you want experienced and genuine solicitors and respected firm to handle your claim.

I used pk for a traffic accident, that put me out of work for almost 10 months. In the end i was awarded 65k in lost wages and of that the greedy PK took 55k!!! Would've been cheaper if i used anyone else! Avoid this greedy "firm" at all costs!!!

While waiting for Tpd claim I was undertaking a perm impairment claim with another lawyer at Pk . But she failed to give me the right guidance and information . Make sure you appeal the AMS doctors decision if he awards you less than 15% , otherwise you cannot make a damages claim . Which is the important one . I would not recommend Pk

it took years of chasing them and wasting my time and was finally told I did not have any cover . They were to lazy to find it . I have a new lawyer after making a complaint . Do not sign a cost agreement without a cooling off period
