Place Estate Agents

We recently rented 68 Ronald st, Wynnum. Most awful experience. Place are very unprofessional and unhelpful. Awful owners. One example (of many) the male owner came in for a “meet and great” on a Sunday and decided to do a spot inspection. He physically climbed across my bed to look in a cupboard.. still waiting to get our bone back -10 stars for place.

Worst real estate imaginable. It would be easier to pull out my own teeth then try get into contact with Zita. Countless issues with the house, emails constantly being ignored. A pipe burst and I didn't hear from her for two days post me organising to get it fixed myself. Huge ant problem which after ten emails, dozens of calls and messages is not yet fixed, probably because fork all that I've only spoken to her once. She point blank ignores me and my house mate. Would never go back, and would never recommend. Worst year of my life because of this real estate.

Absolutely useless property managers. We were in the property for a year and in that time they were incapable of fixing a single thing. Each inspection we would retell them wants broken and once again nothing would happen. Then the property manager had the audacity to email us asking for an updated maintenance list and a reference!!
When it came to leaving the house they were useless at answering our questions and then suddenly claimed we owed rent and couldn't explain how. We then had to sort through all the previous payments to find out what had happened. All staff we dealt with were unwelcoming, unfriendly and acted as though they were far superior than their client. Georgia Frerichs was especially rude and dismissive, without even the common courtesy to introduce herself. Would not recommend to anyone.

We recently had dealings with Joanna Gianniotis from Place. Personally I found her knowledge of the market to be somewhat limited & I also found her attitude to be verging on rude, unhelpful & just generally unimpressive. Ordinarily the older agents tend to be more helpful but certainly not in this case.
