Place Graceville

We rented from Place for a year (just ended). During that time we found them to be very aggressive, confrontational and a nightmare to deal with. Right at the start they attempted to get me to sign the entrance report before inspecting the house (in case I did not return it within the required three days) and this should have sounded alarm bells. Phoning us at work and contacting us at weekends over very minor problems that they thought they could get money for. They used old photographs of the property to attempt to get us to carry out work on the house. Their photographs contradicted their own entrance report. When asked when the photographs were taken they didn't answer. They then told us their digital camera didn't date photographs. Really?
