Place of Chi is a family business owned by Donal & Cathy Carr. We provide Advanced Personal Training, Semi Private Personal Training, Corrective Exercise, Holistic Lifestyle Coaching, High Performance Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation, Back Care & Core Conditioning, Pilates, Yoga & Meditation, Kids Yoga & Fitness Programs, Community Health & Wellness seminars, Cooking demonstrations, Corporate programs and Yoga / Wellness retreats.

You will find that Place of Chi is not a normal gym as we aim to provide an open, safe, supportive and friendly environment so all our customers and clients feel at home when they come in to our facility. We cater for individuals and small groups only, so you get more individual attention and we can focus on your needs and goals, up close and personal.

We specialise in helping clients regain their health, fitness and vitality through proper assessment, evaluation and program design - focusing on all aspects of the Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual body.
