I would strongly suggest that you NEVER use this hair salon if you are looking for a color. I went in with healthy blond hair. I asked for a highlight. They bleached my hair twice ruining my hair. After the color application my hair came out PURPLE. They then stripped my hair and it came out PINK. The only solution was to dye my hair brown (not at all what I went in for). I now have irreversably damaged hair which is BLACK. All they could suggest is that I come in for a cut, shampoo and condition!
I would stay far away from these guys if you don't want your hair screwed up!!!
They then proceeded to say but I left with not having to pay!! OF COURSE I would not pay to have my hair screwed up! They were not prepared to compensate me and have my hair fixed elsewhere. Simple response: Sorry.

My friend recommended me to this place and I went with my sister. We got their top stylist, Takumi to cut our hair and give us advice on styling. We ended up with beautiful, uplifting hair style. All my friends, family and colleagues love my change and I definitely will go back again.
