Planet Hair

I've had my haircut twice now at Planet Hair. It was average the first time but I enjoyed my second experience. Being new to the salon, I like to try all the hairstylists until I find the perfect one for my hair.

The price is definitely on the higher side, but I like that the stylists give out good suggestions. I recently suffered a traumatising case of hair loss due to a hormonal imbalance so I was really self conscious about how my hair looked. My stylist gave me really good advice on how to have it cut to make it appear thick, whilst still maintaining a good length. I've been receiving compliments from my husband and friends since then :-)

I just done my hair colour and cut done in Planet hair. The reason I gave myself a shot to try this one because of my best friend has really high recommendation for this salon. But she got her hair done with a hairstylist, mine has done by a different hairstylist. I was preparing it would cost me $180 maximum, and given of saying that because I had a look the price and have quite understanding of the level the price for what I was going to do and my hair not that long, the over the shoulder a lit a bit. Terrible terrible place. Come to this place semi regularly due to convenience but they've ruined my hair for the last time. The senior "hairstylist" sets such a poor example, is argumentative with customers and its an overall poor customer service experience. Everytime I come here its emptier and I can see why. Their skills are definitely not worth the price, you can find similar skills and service for half the price. Competitors in their price range are much better. I'm done with this place and so should you, let this place die its so terrible.

Have been coming here for past 2 years and I have to say this place is not worth the money and I am fed up with their inconsistency and going to leave.
Reasons for leaving
1.They are rarely on time for appointments and I always have to wait.
2.The stylists are quite rude and stubborn and are not flexible with their skills. If they make a mistake they stubbornly will not admit it. I have told them multiple times on not to cut it in certain ways and they never remember. They simply do not care and my hair has been butchered by them one time too many.

I went here about 2 weeks ago, Very unhappy and an upset customer!!!!

The price is definitely isn't cheap, but I don't mind spending big on good hair salon and this place is definitely not worth my money!! I did so much research about perm and Planet Hair came up to be very popular with it, I had an "airwave perm" and it didn't turn out curl, but rather damaging my hair. I know perming will damage your hair, but what is the point of getting your hair permed when it turns out frizzy straight. I called back because they have warranty on perms and color, they said "because you have fine, naturally straight hair it might not work, just come back".
