Planet Smash Repairs

OUr car came back with a door that jutted out from the side of the car, paint imperfections and a rattle. We fixed the rattle which was from Planet re-fitting the towbar without the grub screw. Glad we weren't towing anything. They repaired the other problems with their work but our insurer wanted to inspect the car independantly. The audit revealed the door was still incorrectly installed & paint missing from under the door. They took the car to another repairer & the new repairer found that in addition to the known problems, part of the rear suspension that Planet had re-fitted had been installed back to front causing the part to break. Also, we'd been told the wheels had been aligned but the new repairer found this to be untrue and the life of the new tyre has been shortened. I recently had my car repaired. I found the staff very pleasant and helpful. They did an excellent job on the front of my car and after the job was finished they explained exactly what had been done. I would recommend them.
