Planet Timbers

After getting several quotes from timber flooring companies we found Planet Timber to be very competitive price wise. The final product was of a satisfactory result although I wish they would of sealed the edges. They also did not provide floor grips which is a requirement of our council regulations (even though we suggested it to be done). There was some miscommunication between their contractors and when the coats of lacquer where to be applied after sanding. It happened a week before it was supposed to. Good for them to get it out of the way but we had stressed there were other tradies using the stairs over the coming week (ie stairs were soft and could be damaged), Thankfully we got the subsequent tradies to remove shoes if they went up stairs. I think 6/10 is a fair score from my experience.
