I bought some plants more than a week ago and have tried emailing and contacting them via their website for an update and have had no response. It is a scam. I too will be complaining to Fair Trading. How people can take your money like this is just disgusting.

I purchased a plant from PlantsToday and it took them 1 week to dispatch the plant but then despite their 1 day shipping guarantee for delivery addresses in Sydney after 3 days I still had not received the plant. I continually checked the tracking information which said awaiting collection by the courier for delivery. I then checked with the courier who told me that there were no items left for collection at the depot despite what my tracking information was telling me.

Despite numerous emails and messages left on PlantsToday’s Facebook and Instagram accounts (comments which have now been deleted) I have never received a response.
