I called plating works to arrange some catering for an all day conference this week for for 20 people (office meeting). When I asked staff for a price list and options to choose, staff rudely and abruptly told me they dont do price lists and then said to me "ok- goodbye" and then proceeded to hang up on me. I was shocked by this treatment- our very large organization will never deal with this company again..
