Had a major work done (timing chain & camshaft adjusters replacement) after my Mercedes C200K engine ceased about six months ago. Jason was very knowledgeable, meticulous and methodical in analysing the problems and providing detailed action plan to fix the issues as well as reasonable upfront costs. Susan was very helpful with the logistic. The C200K has been going well since with no further issue. Returned for a quick checkup last week and Jason spotted and fixed a few unrelated minor issues with no extra charges. Very pleased with the workmanship, professionalism and costs. Would highly recommended.

Platinum has got to be the stand out mechanic in Sydney. Excellent customer service. Extremely kowledgable. Honest. Humble. I cannot recommend Jason more highly. I've been driving for 50 years, driven all sorts of cars, used mechanics all over Australia. None come close to Jason. You will be in good hands with he and his team. And Susan provides great support and communications. Don't go anywhwere else. I travel 2.5 hours to use Platinum.

I found Platinum automotive care on google, when looking for a reliable repairer for our Mercedes Sprinters campervan's very sluggish performance.We arranged for next morning and I asked Jason to connect the van to the computer to diagnose the problem.
Upon our arrival Jason took the van for a drive ,returned after 3 minutes,said that the van is indeed very sluggish and that he knows the reason. Later he rang with the quote for a cracked high pressure hose .There was no need for a computer diagnosis,as he is so knowledgeable and experienced. The van ,since we bought it ever drove so well Also Jason advised us where to buy the best priced tires and the best place for a wheel alignment. I am extremely happy with the excellent customer service and the quality of work provided by Jason and Susan at Platinum Automotive Care. If I could give 6 stars, I would! They are always helpful and extremely professional. Jason is very particular with his work, very knowledgable and takes the time to explain issues and discuss options with you. After having a bad experience with another repairer, dealing with Platinum Automotive is such a pleasure. I took my Alfa Brera V6 for a major service at Platinum Automotive Care. Jason and his team did a great job for my beloved Alfa.
Customer service is absolutely fantastic ! After I dropped my Alfa in the morning, they took me to the nearest train station and also picked me up when it's ready at the same day. He called me and explained the issues and diagnosed results over the phone. He is very professional and so knowledgeable about Alfa's - knows inside out.
If you are looking for an honest mechanic with great quality and reasonable price for your alfa or any European's car then look no further. Highly recommended.
