Well that was a fantastic experience, took stepdaughter/daughter for her Birthday present, a massage and facial only to find they have closed down with no warning. Thanks !!!!!!!

I had been coming here for years, until my beautican left this year. But I thought I'd give the other staff a try anyway. I was quite disappointed, as when i was making the appointment the staff was rude and abrupt.

Then when i was getting my waxing done she was rough and i still walked out with stray hairs left. I dont think I'll be coming back again.

Without any notice, the girls made an appointment for me for eyebrow waxing. It was my first time there.

She did a fantastic job, was friendly, painless and didn't leave much of a red mark.

Then, she offered concealer without having to ask for it, and a mirror with the offer
to take more off if I wanted.

Brilliant. Will be going back for sure.

i booked in for a full body massage with a girl named Chi, she was FANTASTIC i will reccomend her to all of my friends, not only did she give a beautiful massage, she was also very bubbly, friendly and informative but knew to be quiet and considerate during the service.
the room was clean, well lit, temperature controlled and the music was soothing. I was especially peased to find that the waiting chairs were also massage chairs.
=) i will DEFINITELY be returning to platinum beauty in the future
