BAD SERVICE, FAULTY PRODUCTS
i purchased a wall charger for my blackberry which was faulty and wasnt working, i took it back the very next day to the same location at Westfield Doncaster, the same staff served me and said that without a receipt i could not get another one and they could only offer me 25% off the full price of a new charger, i did lose the receipt but come on the same staff served me 24 hours earlier (the store only has one attendant) i said :"you served me yesterday" they replied "thats why we tell you to keep your receipt" i guess it would have been cheaper to give me a new charger that only cost them $1 than to have this comment posted.
Keep your receipts guys and check what you have bought actually works !!!!!
