We engaged these guys to fully rewire our investment house and we're still waiting over 2 months later for the job to be finished!!
They completely trashed our newly renovated home. Wires throughout every carpet, holes in walls, every wall dirty, every powerpoint damaged, our bathroom was black, the front of our house had a boot print half way up the wall! We've had to completely repaint and clean the whole house to fix their damage!!
Their compensation offer for this $400...
We've lost over $2000 in rent for this running over time plus damages we've had to pay to repair and it's still not finished, but they're chasing us for the bill!!!
They're "scared of the bill payment being dragged out" - We still do not have electricity!!

Easy to get thru to first time, but then transferred to the sparkie that is doing the job. Sparkie had no real idea how long it would take or how much it would cost and to be honest sounds like he made up a figure. Arrived on time but then had little to no people skills. Had no idea how long it would take and just kept saying "this is really a 2 person job but we aren't getting enough work to put anyone else on". I asked numerous times how much it would cost and he just kept saying I don't know. Turns out that the onsite sparkie's don't do any form of billing or even give you a detail list of what they did on the day. I even needed to call them back to get him to make the pendant lights even as they were noticeably off. 5 days later we get a bill in the mail for almost double the original quote.
