Be very careful before engaging these cowboys make sure you have a firm quote in writing most important. A verbal quote means nothing & do not expect an itomised account as they work out there price at an exhorbitant hourly rate & use stand over tactics if youdo not pay immediately.
Unfortunately our shift was never completed the boss used incompetant labour and we paid extra for a baby grand piano tobe placed on the 1st floor but is still in the basement. We found they had also left furnature at our old place and refused to come back so we had to arrange removalist ourselves
Definetley not recommended theydo not answer phone calls or provide a receipt or itomised account.

They arrived on time, were fast but careful with all of our possessions and took a lot of the stress out of the day for us. Excellent service!!

My second move in 2 years and I have used Platinum both times. On time, friendly and professional staff who do more than "lift heavy things". I would definitely recommend Rory and his team. Hopefully I won't need them myself for a while.

We used Platinum furniture removals recently to move lcally within brisbane. The boys were on time, Had no danages and were a pleasure to deal with. I ve moved a few times over the last 10 years and this company was much better then the previous furniture removalists i have used. Highly reccoemend. Thanks for a great move guys.

Bad review from me. I have been chasing up about the damage to my furniture for nearly 2 months. I had a lot of minor damage and scuff marks created by the removalists but as the furniture involved was old I never worried about it much. I do however care about the fact that my new Ikea sofabed is soiled along most edges and the skirt, and even has a bootmark on the fabric on the top of the cushion. It has taken nearly 6 weeks to get them to come and see and then it was late and the daylight was gone and it was harder to truly see the marks. I was told I would hear from them and that Friday and that was now nearly 2 weeks ago. Since then I have noticed that my desk has suffered damage as well and I am really not happy at all. I had other issues with the company, particularly one of the removalists who was pretty surly all day because I am told he had "personal problems" and which he has apologised for.
