Very rude customer service from owner would not recommend this company

Worst customer service I have ever had. The lady on the phone was very rude when I had made and appointment. The owner came out to quote the job. Then said he would email a price and that he was busy for the next few weeks. Which I understood. He said he would do the job. Called him a few times after said he hadn't had a chance to send the price. But would do it very soon. Called him again a few weeks later. Same answer. Then I get a text message telling me that he is too busy and doesn't have time to do the job. I think it's rude how he kept me waiting. He could of told me in the beginning.
