I appreciate what they're trying to do and there are a number of activities on offer. But some of the staff are just way too pushy and expect too much of the clientele who are extremely unfit or, as in the case of my relative, being physically impossible to move a certain way due to surgery. My relative was made to feel like he was making excuses even though it is physically impossible to do certain moves due to surgery (something his surgeon and physio agree with). Staff are also too pushy when it comes to trying to get you to sign up for other things. I would recommend going here but just stand your ground and be firm when they insist you can do something you feel very uncomfortable with. As someone with personal training experience, I do believe in pushing people a little so see what they're capable of, but you have to be realistic about a person who is overweight, unfit and never exercised (this is not Biggest Loser where they have medics on standby!).
