Designed for Women By WomenPlatinum looks after the needs of women aged 40+. These women have special needs to consider and our goal is to help, encourage and support these women through the changes they are experiencing. We look at diet and exercise and conduct educational seminars on Menopause. We understand and will treat you with respect and understanding.
We use strength training/cardio/core training/suspension training. We work one on one or in a group, just choose which suits you.
