Platinum Scissors

I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. I did not get anything like what i asked for... i feel the stylist Mel did not listen to me at all and i even showed her a pic of exactly what i wanted. I asked for a honey blonde.. she has given me ash blonde... so its not even close. I felt she rushed and was more concerned about going home then doing my hair.. i also feel it was extremely overpriced for the quality of service provided. My regrowth wasnt covered fully and when u bought it up she dismissed it. I even tripple said i wanted honey blonde to make sure she heard me before we started. The colour ash i have is not even close. Not happy at all. Im sure if the salon owner saw my hair now and the pic i asked for.. she would agree its nothing like it and completely different colour.

The best hair extensions that I have ever had the girls are excellent would recommend them to everyone

Extremely expensive for a cut, ended up going elsewhere to have it fixed..

I did not have a pleasant experience here. My haircut was rushed, at times painful and resulted in what best can be described as "choppy". If you a guy, I would not recommend this place- the staff don't really know how to cut men's hair

Very talented girls was amazed at how professional they were. I have never been consulted so well for my cut and colour and am very happy i have a whole new look . I had walked into the salon with a very boring nana haircut (you would call it) and now am blonde with a very similar haircut to sharon stone am so in love ! thankyou girls for all your expertese!!!!!
