Strong minds in strong bodiesTraining on Thursdays are at the Beaufort Park Hall, corner of Beaufort Street and Drummond Street BEDFORD.
Classes for kids and parents are on Thursdays 5-6pm. Youths and adults classes run on Thursdays 6-7pm.
Taekwon-Do is a modern art based on science and your child will have fun whilst learning the technical aspects of the art.
Our classes are based on age specific programs and demonstrate the values of courtesy, integrity and self control.
Michael Hayward, 4th Degree Black Belt, is the Bedford Instructor.
