Witnessed the table next to us belittled by the management. French toast was ordered with ricotta and berries, when the food came out there was no berries, when questioned that an alternative should have been provided the staff got upset and must have complained to the management. The management then came out and belittled the customer in front of everyone. Absolutely disgusting, will never go back. Coffee is terrible and leaves a sour taste in the mouth, just like the attitudes of the staff.
Great coffee and staff are always friendly. Best breakfasts in all of Diamond Valley.
The best cafe in Melbourne with a city cafe professional approach and a country (personable) service. Food is amazing with daily specials and they are always open to feedback & to enhance a meal to meet my needs/taste.
